Can I change my delivery address?

If you would like to change the shipping address after confirming your order, please follow the procedure below.

[1] Change the address or register a new address on My Page "Delivery Information / Change"

1. Login from the SuperGroupies site and proceed to My Page.
2. Click "Delivery Information / Change" on My Page.
3. Change the registered address or register a new one.

[2] Select the order for which you want to change the shipping address from My Page "Order History", and change the shipping address

1. Click “Order History” on My Page.
2. Click "Confirmation of Order" of the order.
3. Click "Change" next to the shipping address.
4. Select the new shipping address and click Next.
5. Click "Confirm changes"

The change of destination is completed by the above procedure.

※ Be sure to press "Confirm Changes" on the confirmation screen.
※ You can not change the delivery address at once for multiple orders.
